ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Provide project leadership in all phases of systems design, development and support. Prepare high-level project estimates for business case analysis. Prepare strategic plans, task development, estimates, work plans, project working papers, project schedules and reports for management. Provide quality assurance and leadership in solving system problems and designing system enhancements. • Establish standards for area of responsibility. Develop and execute strategic plan for area of responsibility. • Understand key cost elements related to the delivery of projects, products, or systems. Seek methods to optimize performance, reduce costs and improve service levels. Formulate systems scope and objectives; provide high-level estimates on complex systems and present to management.
