Specific Duties and Responsibilities: (Key functions) Monitor and engineer improvements to reduce safety/ergonomic issues Provide manufacturing technical support for production operations, which includes tooling, fixturing and process troubleshooting utilizing existing systems and procedures Implement processes and equipment improvements Assist in the development and launch of new equipment/tooling Assist OEE and downtime improvements by aiding in the development and administration of preventative maintenance
