Description Plans, designs, and supports manufacturing processes. Maximize efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization. Determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals. ? Create, implement, maintain and improve production processes, methods and sequences Develop and maintain production standards using time/motion studies, work content studies, and line-balancing. Analyze production costs to identify and implement improvement efforts. Conduct make vs buy evaluations to identify cost reduction opportunities Create new ISO compliant processes, procedures, and systems Qualifications - Previous background completing time studies - Strong mechanical aptitude to thoroughly articulate technical data - 2+ years background working in a Manufacturing environment - Background writing technical documents
