The Absence Management Consultant (AMC) is the primary customer-facing Subject Matter Expert for The Standard's Absence Management customers. The AMC is responsible to represent Absence Management services during the sales process (RFP's and Finalist meetings), and implementation. Additionally, our Consultants stay assigned throughout the life-cycle of the customer as a member of the service team, providing consultation on FMLA and State leaves, The Standard's processes and procedures, and best practice advice and change management to employers on their leave policies and practices.
