Estimator - (Chandler, AZ)

Overview Corbins Electric is excited to be adding a new member to the Corbins team. We are currently hiring an Estimator to assist our current team. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions/Tasks: Review all bid proposal documents, including but not limited to project plans, specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate Review and consider historical data from prior jobs in progress and / or completed as relates to bid proposal needs / requirements Prepare bid proposals / estimates by calculating complete take off of electrical scope of work Apply Gross Profit percentage to estimates to meet company goals Participate in bid related presentations and submittal of qualification details Maintain files of working documents as back up for estimate amounts, including accurate info on pricing from vendors, suppliers and subcontractors as applicable on a per project basis
