What do Cellular Service Technicians do? You will play a critical role in providing extraordinary customer service to the front-line customer. You will test, replace, troubleshoot and upgrade mobile phone equipment while following pre-approved installation testing and upgrade processes. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting equipment from the customer.
