Job DescriptionGuardian Credit Union is currently seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team at our Waukesha, WI Branch! This individual would be responsible for providing superior, courteous, and prompt member service within the Credit Union. Come join or team!Responsibilities:Handles all monetary transactions for members (e.g., deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, miscellaneous receipts) and other normal inquiries by members.Responds to members' requests, problems and complaints, and/or directs them to the proper person for specific details and assistance.Answers members' questions regarding their accounts (e.g. errors in posting of deposits, withdrawals, etc.)Opens and closes member accounts under Credit Union guidelines.Accurately reconciles checks and cash drawer daily.Perform miscellaneous duties, e.g., debit disputes, automatic transfers, bond redemption
