Collective Exercise Training Specialist / Script Writer with Security Clearance - (Wyeville, WI)

Position overview The Collective Exercise Training Specialist / Script Writer is member of the Exercise Training Support Team responsible for assisting in the design of an exercise scenario based on exercise and supported brigade commander's training objectives. Develops theater specific scripting of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL), or simulation control injects that are integrated with and support lanes training, field training exercises, and constructive staff training in a Live-Virtual-Constructive environment. Conducts in-depth research on theater specific operations, lessons learned and newly developed tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) used in the development of MSEL, or simulation control injects that accurately replicates the operational environment that the training is designed to support. Determines the appropriate inject method and point of entry into the exercise.
