Lodging Supervisor - (Hockley, TX)
Position description: Ensure the overall cleanliness and sanitation of all member, staff and lodging facilities. Accountable for the performance of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training and day-to-day performance, especially the cleanliness and condition of all rest rooms on the property. Ensure that all housekeeping functions are done in a safe manner. Effectively manage all costs associated with housekeeping functions to minimize expenses, including labor, equipment and supplies. This is a working manager position that requires this manager to perform the functions of all other housekeepers daily. Required functions: Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards. Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended. Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
