Review criminal experience results and/or credit history forapplicants and provide hiring recommendations to managers. Accountable for the review of criminal experience results and/or credit history for applicantsand provide hiring recommendations for managers and HR Legal. Probe into facts by utilizing appropriate investigative and listening techniques; thoroughly review court documents and police records, research various external records, understanding unique state laws in order to determine the credibility of the of the candidate. Document all conversations using the appropriate tools. Communicate updates and results in a compliant manner with various partners, including HRBPs, Corporate Ethics, Recruiters and Hiring Managers. Provide compliance or project assistance to the Pre-Employment Manager
