Mobile Device/IT Support Analyst - (Ontario, CA)

Ontario Refrigeration is currently looking for a Mobile Device Support Analyst to support our growing mobile device users. Ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, administering, and offering support to end users mobile device needs. Applicants will interface directly with end user s offering real time support, issue resolution, trend analysis. Required skills Should have background working with Mobile Device Management software such as Maas360, MobileIron, Apple Profile Manager, etc. Strong familiarity and background testing, configuring, and implementing various mobile solutions into existing Mobile Device Management environment. Support mobile software and configuration updates. Have an in depth knowledge of various mobile technologies and operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows, Blackberry). Research and document mobile app functions, device info, and Mobile Device Management solutions.
