Real Estate Closing Attorney with 1-5 years of title review experience - (Florence, SC)

Florence office of our client seeks real estate closing attorney with 1-5 yrs of background with South Carolina title review. The applicant will provide legal ability and support in the development, preparation, execution, and completion of real estate closings. Will assist with developing, reviewing, and recommending changes to legal aspects of real estate documents as needed. Prepare and supervise paralegals preparation of real estate documents including purchase and sale agreements, deeds, notes, mortgages, and affidavits as needed per transaction. Review of title abstracts, prepare attorney certification for title commitments as required depending upon the lender and transaction. Conduct real estate transactions in the Florence, Sumter, and Columbia areas. Approve real estate documents for execution and payment (funding) in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Must be licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina.
