Sow Service Manager - (Kansas, IL)

The Service Manager is responsible for direction, management and performance of sow production sites within a geographical area. Supervision and development of the sow farm management team to achieve sow system production and personnel development goals will be key to success in this role. The Service Manager will be expected to focus on immediate, mid-term and long term strategies as they relate to the vision and growth of CF Sow System. Major Areas of Responsibility: Production: Responsible for the overall supervision of the care, maintenance, and management of sow units within the geography to achieve goals in the areas of production, employee engagement and financial controls. Responsible for development and execution of system processes and initiatives utilizing a collaborative approach working with peers and Director of Sow Production Work with Service Managers and Farm Managers to monitor health, quality and uniformity for max quality and quantity of pig flow.
