Production Engineer Manager - (Andalusia, AL)

Direct and coordinate production, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in the mold & stamping plant Directly manage engineers and technicians of the mold & stamping plant regarding projects, tasks, and operations to generate new chassis and body parts for automotive Analyze the existing mold management system and develop, modify, customize, and implement new the integrated management systems (Mold Development Management System ) Participate, assist, and coordinate smart factory project (factory automation, future automobile parts factory construction) Plan and determine production goals with approval of corporate executives to improve manufacturing processes and develop new products Oversee the analysis and review of budgets, schedules, production qualifications and headcount to ensure the most cost-effective and efficient use of resources Coordinate and direct material handling systems and conveyor equipment line, making detailed plans to accomplish production goals
