Machine Operator LSI Staffing is immediately conducting pre-screen interviews for experienced Machine Operators and Fabricators – all shifts, in KCMO & KCK. Dont miss out on an exciting career opportunity! Assignments include: Contributes to overall quality, productivity and waste reduction of each job. Required to operate various manufacturing equipment & observe operations to ensure quality & conformity. Complies with all safety regulations and practices. Follow specific directions – both written & verbal. Inspects, sorts & grades product as needed and adjusting product weights & measurements. Conducts housekeeping tasks. Keeps work areas clean and orderly. Monitoring of production lines & troubleshoot problems such as product pile ups or machine malfunctions / jams. Inspection and removal of defective product ( quality control ) Machine operation product replenishment ( packaging supplies, etc. ) to ensure smooth operation and prevent shut-down / re-calibration.
