JOB FUNCTION : Manage, lead and coach maintenance technicians in performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on all equipment and grounds as required at the Sumter Facility. Direct and coordinate all required maintenance work to include PM?s and Work orders. Serve as technical expert on all maintenance activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING : Supervise technicians in inspection, repair and preventative maintenance of facilities, equipment and grounds. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and corporate safety procedures. Maintain and ensure compliance with preventative maintenance program, to include management of work order software. Identify, source and work with corporate procurement to maintain inventory of repair parts. Coordinate and supervise projects with 3rd party contractors/vendors. Inspect, repair, and report (document) equipment being misused/abused.
