IT Help Desk Direct Hire $15.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE (Non-Exempt) Do you have background in an IT Help Desk or Desktop Support role? We have a great opportunity with a large, privately held business with locations throughout the Central Valley. The IT Help Desk is the 1st point of contact for employees requiring assistance with computer related questions including equipment installation or repair, software installation and training, and security settings. Critical functions of the role: Respond to support tickets and calls regarding general questions so that employee inquiries and concerns are handled quickly and professionally. Install, troubleshoot and repair computers, printers, tablets, peripherals and software applications. Make sure that Automated Access Systems, CCTV systems, servers and alarm systems maintain proper functionality. Assist the Service Department with any IT related issues with equipment, or escalate issues to the next level of support as necessary.
