1st PREMIER Bank is seeking a qualified Customer Care Manager. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of our internal Customer Care Center while overseeing the completion of customer service and various on-line banking functions. Ensures a positive customer and staff background, building a positive attitude and workplace atmosphere among employees towards maintaining the highest possible levels and standards of customer service. Applicant will be responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of assigned staff to retain a motivated, professional department. Must possess solid understanding of banking system with previous background in a banking environment strongly preferred. 2-3 yrs of prior managerial background required.
