Unit Description Sodexo Universities is seeking a driven and experienced Executive Chef two to oversee the culinary operations at Fort Valley State University located in Fort Valley, GA ! Sodexo is responsible for resident dining, retail, catering and concessions operations on campus. There are approx 1200 students that participate in the board plan. Are you passionate about food, wellness and nutrition and looking to bring a high-level of ability and leadership ability to create an outstanding background for the people we serve? Then this position may be the ideal role for you! This position supports our mission by providing safe, wholesome and innovative food for our students and customers from the community. You will lead the culinary team and will plan, organize and manage the daily food production. We are seeking innovative Executive Chef applicants with the following in their culinary “toolkits”: A strong artistic culinary flair – can you impress the President of a university?
