The Sr Human Resources Business Partner (Sr HRBP) partners as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues; workforce planning, talent management, and general HR consulting. A successful Sr HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent while assessing and anticipating HR related needs. The Sr HRBP formulates partnerships across the business to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business strategies and objectives of the organization. Critical responsibilities: * Counsel, coach, and advise managers regarding HR process and procedures, employment status, disciplinary actions, performance development and/or improvement plans, reassignment, and reorganization, ensuring consistency and assessing legal liabilities. * Counsel, coach, and advise employees regarding employee relations issues to promote a workplace environment of dignity and respect and that is aligned with TSI's values. * Support and facilitate cultural change initiatives.
