HR Recruiter - (Mobile, AL)

Aerotek is looking to identity possible candidates for a Human Resources Recruiter with a excellent company in the Mobile, AL area. Candidates will be responsible for: Sorting, screening, filtering and prioritizing candidate resumes for all nursing positions. Review resumes to determine if they meet min requirements. Interviewing candidates and dispersing strong resumes to hiring managers. Also will travel to schools such as Faulkner, university of Mobile, South, Bishop to attend job fairs and recruit nurses. Requirements: At least 2yrs of recruiting or interview screening background Prefers AA degree or equivalent three years of background may be in lieu of degree preferred Great Customer Service skills and expertise to screen thoroughly About Aerotek:
