Shift Supervisor - (Coffeen, IL)

Seeking a highly motivated leader as a Shift Supervisor that begins with safety as a value and delivers results through the required responsibilities below: Key assignments include: Determine appropriate staffing needs for the upcoming shift and fill vacancies in accordance with the labor agreement.- Ensure that the labor agreement is administered accurately and participate in the grievance process. Comply with all environmental regulatory compliance items. Provide technical advice, or solicit external ability, as needed to assist teams to work efficiently. Conduct team safety meetings and job briefings. Provide relief for the Fuels Supervisor position as needed. Maintains a high degree of housekeeping standard Ensures all assets are maintain in their design limits for safe operating plant-Perform as incident commander in time of emergency situation. Emergency Response Team player Comply with NERC operating parameters and asset protection test are completed
