Production Supervisor second shift Hirschfeld Industries is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee second shift operations at our Bristol bridge fabrication plant. Duties include supervising 15-20 employees, meeting production schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality standards and procedures. Qualified individual must possess prior background in steel fabrication (prior bridge background wanted); three -5yrs supervisory background required; effective communication and leadership skills; and commitment to safety, quality, and process improvement.
