Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time Permanent - (South Boston, VA)

Full-time Permanent PT position in a SNF split between Clarksville, VA and South Boston, VA Overview: Position to administer physical therapy services. Physical requirements of the position require good physical and mental health. Must be able to lift/transfer minimally 60lbs. Must be able to walk and stand most of the day, lifting, transferring, and pushing residents and equipment. Responsibilities: Administer physical therapy screens, evaluations and treatment (as applicable per State Practice Act.) Adhere at all times to HIPAA regulations and guidelines and meet the min weekly productivity standard of 85%. Daily documentation is done via Rehab Optima. Requirements: This job mandates a master's or doctorate of Physical Therapy and licensure for the state where services are contracted by the Company and CPR are also required. Employee must be dependable and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the residents served.
