Warehouse Manager - (Bristol, VA)

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager coming from a Manufacturing Warehouse Operation with a high volume or from a Distribution Warehouse Manager experience with a high volume of products moving through the operations. The role will be responsible for managing a team of twelve individuals on 3 shifts including shipping/receiving professionals, Truck Drivers, Shipping/Receiving Technicians and Material Handlers and Forklift drivers. The Individual we need will also come from a strong experience in warehouse safety, preferably working with LEAN Manufacturing tools, KanBan, 5S, Continuous Improvement and other tools. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for receive, warehouse, preserve and supply materials to the production lines on time to fulfill all of the daily production activities and schedules, covering customer demand in the quantity, quality and time required to keep production lines moving along successfully.
