Overview: We are searching for a Senior Director of Analytics and Business Engagement to join the Data Team within the company's Details Systems & Technology (IS&T) Department. This forward-thinking leader will be responsible for leading the team in identifying and deploying advanced analytics through business partnerships, project management, and analytical support using industry best practices Responsibilities: As an integral leader in our innovative, data-driven environment, the Senior Director of Analytics and Business Engagement will: Identifies opportunities and partners with business executives to set priority, manages expectations around delivery, manages change needed to activate insights, and measures impact. Lead engagement team in managing relationships with internal executives and business partners to identify value streams that ladder to analytic vision. Within Engagement group, define and champion team culture to motivate teams to deliver highly accurate, high value work.
