Senior Bioanalytical Scientist - Drug Discovery Job - (Springfield, MA)

Seeking experience creating, validating and troubleshooting bioanalytical methods for quantitative analysis of small molecule metabolites in biological matrices utilizing LC-MS/MS. Activities: *** Plan and execute analysis of concentrations of metabolites utilizing LC/MS/MS and similar methods. *** Write, review, and submit reports including raw data and analysis of results. *** Develop staff in proper testing, analysis, and documentation procedures. Qualifications: *** PhD, MS, or BS with 4+ years industry experience. *** Good knowledge of LC/MS/MS method development and quantitative analysis methods. *** Proven experience leading a team of junior scientists or researchers in testing and analysis of small molecule metabolite concentrations. *** Drug discovery experience. Lead efforts involved in bioanalysis for new drug discovery programs, utilize highly specialized equipment in new, state-of-the-art facilities and enjoy an environment where quality of life is the focus.
