Reporting Analyst Job - (Springfield, MA)

Senior Analyst ($85K base) Job details: Participate in the development, maintenance and support of the data analytic and reporting needs of our internal and external customers. Design and develop reports that provide details analysis and data analytics which will allow management to draw conclusions about the relative performance of products, providers, networks, and partners. This includes, but is not limited to, these aspects of our business; membership, medical expense, network usage, PBMs, 3rd party cost containment, etc. Assist with the development of a superior reporting solution for clients that will help them understand their expenses and the work done to reduce healthcare costs. Requirements/Min Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. A min of 5yrs of background in a healthcare or managed care environment. Prior work background with creation of analytical reports and presentation of data. Knowledge of relational database principles including SQL and MS-Office products are required.
