Sarasota Select Staffing is looking for a Tester in Sarasota! Job details: To test and verify that final assemblies are built and functioning according to specifications. This includes ATE testing, final unit inspection, and documentation. Have the expertise to troubleshoot and analyze products performance through the proper documented procedures and qualifications. Essential Job Functions: Perform repetitive testing and inspection operations with min instruction. Set up and operate equipment following general instructions. Perform routine operator level machine maintenance. Complete or show proficiency in the critical skills as defined in plant certification. Perform in process and final inspection operations and complete all associated paperwork. Analyze warranty returns and capable of proposing corrective actions to take; also may be asked to write customer letter outlining corrective actions taken. Participate in setting monthly goals based on knowledge of product mix and time standards.
