Staff Auditor I / II Job - (Oak Park Heights, MN)

The staff Auditor I/II is responsible for performing internal audit projects both financial and operational across the company to review and evaluate effectiveness of business process controls in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors Professional Standards and COSO framework. Primary Assignments include developing the scope of the audits; performing the audit procedures; and preparing the audit reports. The work performed will include coverage of all divisions and functional units, focusing on financial, operational business processes and controls and year end work in support of our external auditors. The selected applicant will have the opportunity to rotate into an accounting or finance role after 2 to 3 years in audit department, depending on individual desire and career goals. Requirements: 4 Year degree in accounting, finance or general business. Min of 1+ years recent work background in public accounting or internal audit.
