Accounts Receivables Supervisor Job - (Oak Park Heights, MN)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervises enterprise accounts receivables & associated processes in a complex business and system process environment with a moderate degree of customer interface. Includes a moderate to high degree of transactional complexity, analysis and reporting. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Accounting; CPA or CMA preferred, MBA a plus 7+ years' background in Finance or Accounting roles with background in established external networks - NACM, etc. Prior background leading complex processes, driving change, coaching, directing and managing several staff. Good verbal and written correspondence abilities Advanced user of Microsoft Suite of office software products (ms excel, windows, etc.) Expertise to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Expertise to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
