Strategic & National Accounts Receivables Specialist Job - (Oak Park Heights, MN)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports the largest and most complex enterprise accounts within the company: Conduct timely detailed analysis of accounts receivables; by transaction type through complex manipulation of multiple A/R reports via Excel Develop appropriate action plans, with the goal of identifying root cause and resolving all past due accounts receivables, by following corporate policies and processes. Develop positive customer relationships through issue solving, networking and collection interactions Knowledgeable of customer agreements with Andersen at a detailed level to increase likelihood of collections through adherence to these policies with effective resolution Protect Enterprise assets through daily / weekly analysis and corresponding action plan for high risk accounts
