Senior Telecommunications Specialist (1420) - (Killeen, TX)

IAP supports the DCGS-A overall program execution by providing hardware and network systems engineering (data processing and management, system and component accreditation / certification, etc.), unit / organization hardware and software staging, fielding, and training of the Family of Systems (FoS) to various unit locations worldwide. IAP configures systems and components in accordance with the Project Manager's direction, conducts checkouts, staffs and deploys fielding and training teams, and assists as needed in maintaining hardware and software to support the successful delivery of the capabilities to military units. IAP also provides other associated project level support. Our personnel will be cleared to the appropriate security levels in order to perform all required support efforts. Essential Job Functions: * Evaluates communication hardware and software; troubleshoots LAN/MAN/WAN and network related problems. * Provides technical ability for performance and configuration of networks.
