Electrical Apprentice - (Chandler, AZ)

Overview POSITION OVERVIEW: Assist in and/or perform under supervision all aspects of installation, alteration, demolition, maintenance and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, assemblies, and associated materials and equipment on all types of projects within the electrical construction industry. The Apprentice must demonstrate the mechanical aptitude, mathematical skills, and literacy skills commensurate to the satisfactory completion of position's primary duties and responsibilities. Responsibilities PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform the basic tasks of material handling, jobsite housekeeping, and general labor. Dig trenches and excavations by use of hand tools and/or power equipment. Perform underground conduit installations as directed by verbal instructions or blueprint reference. Identify and install common devices, trim, boxes, fittings, and wire as directed by verbal instructions or blueprint reference.
