Title: Human Resource Leader Location: Corpus Christi, TX We are seeking a Human Resource Leader for our 1200+ employee refinery located in Corpus Christi, Texas. This is a role with growth opportunity within FHR or other Koch Companies. As an HR leader, you will work in partnership with site managers to advance the sites strategic objectives. The role will provide an opportunity to integrate collective human resources strategies: employee relations, recruiting, performance management, longterm talent planning and development. A Day In The Life Typically Includes: Continuously advance HR strategic priorities. Identify talent gaps (individually and organizationally) that are obstacles to superior results. Understand and apply our Market Based Management philosophy through employee engagement and coaching. Provide professional advice and council to managers regarding employee relations concerns, performance management and development.
