President – Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare The Lehigh Valley Business Coalition on Healthcare (LVBCH), a leading non-profit employer healthcare coalition located in Bethlehem, PA, seeks an experienced leader to continue LVBCH’s growth and accomplishments in providing affordable access to quality healthcare. LVBCH represents approx 190 members of all sizes with total employment of over 138,000 employees. Assignments include: Execution of the Coalition’s strategic plan developed by the Board of Directors in order to achieve its stated mission and assure sustainability of the organization Develop and implement a marketing plan to increase membership Structure board materials and board meetings to direct board members’ attention to issues of policy and strategy Direct LVBCH staff and manage the Coalition’s operations in accordance with the annual budget and operations plan Represent and communicate the value of LVBCH to prospective employers
