Quality Assurance Supervisor - (New Johnsonville, TN)

Key Accountabilities: Accommodate requests for quality support from site group and communicate policies and procedures in support of the business. Act as the subject matter expert regarding quality and governmental regulations for site group. Act as the primary quality assurance customer contact. Internal interaction/focus: Lead establishment, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System. Provide info and guidance to the organization for corrective and preventative actions. External interaction/focus: Function as the company liaison and representative in communications and activities associated satisfying customer and regulatory expectations.
