Title: Sample Administrator Location: Florham Park, NJ Duration: 03+ months' contract plus extension ***SAP is a must Ideal experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory customer services. 1-two year experience after college*** The highlights of the Contractor's responsibilities are: Min of 2-4yrs of SAP experience wanted Monitor Lotus Notes sample request database(s) for sample requests Create SAP sample sales orders Ensure sample orders abide by defined business rules Create SAP purchase orders Request new customer set-up from Customer Master Data team as required Monitor orders for Product Regulatory and Customs blocks and follow up as required Send order confirmation when orders are completed Notify and communicate with sample requestor when sample material is not available or will be delayed Create and run monthly activity reports as required.
