We are seeking a Laboratory Manager / SQF Practitioner / Quality Control Manager at our Wisconsin Whey facility located in Darlington, Wisconsin. This plant produces quality Barrel Cheddar cheese and value-added whey products for customers around the world. Our Darlington Center plant produces approximately. 50 million pounds of cheese per year.The Laboratory/Quality Control Manager will lead our quality control efforts related to raw materials, in-process and finished products. This is a high-profile position, reporting to the Vice President of Operations, overseeing our Quality Mission to assure the highest level of quality in every aspect of our business to provide our customers the products they want, to their specifications, when they want it, every time.This person will oversee all lab technicians and activities, implement policies and procedures, act as the liaison between customers, customer quality control personnel, and regulatory agencies to address and resolve all inquiries
