The Newport Safety, Sustainabilty and Wellness Manager will be leading the facility in all health, wellness and sustainability areas while promoting safety throughout all departments. Safety ResponsibilitiesDrive a Safety Culture to push for zero incidents or injuriesDrive the facility to meet or exceed established corporate safety goals.Lead processes (Employee Safety Handbook, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures and SOPs) necessary to ensure well-being and remain compliant with applicable federal, state and local safety qualifications.Develop and implement programs including employee education designed to correct unsafe acts and unsafe conditions with the workplace.Implementation of Behavior programs to drive a Safety and Wellness culture.Financial Controls and Budgeting: Responsible for providing leadership and guidance during budget building with constant emphasis on practical business and financial responsibility.Develop and implement all training to ensure well-being and compliance.Present
