Export Customer Service Manager - (St Marys, PA)

EXPORT CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER SGL Group - The Carbon Company, has an immediate opportunity for an Export Customer Service Manager at our St. Marys, PA location. This position will provide integrated, quality service to customers in the Latin America regions in areas of price quotations, material applications, machining, and machined product availability to ensure efficient execution of the order fulfillment process. The perfect applicant will possess: --- Associates degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. --- Expertise to read, write and speak Spanish proficiently required. --- 5+ years related skills, ie. inside sales/customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment. --- Export control regulations experience preferred. --- International trading experience desired. --- Proficient PC skills, including knowledge of Ms office programs (Windows, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel). --- Knowledge of integrated business systems and SAP, preferred. --- Knowledge of CAD/CAM or MRP, preferred.
