Unit Description JOIN Sodexo Facilities Division as a Facilities Operations Manager with strong mechanical and technical background in building services to support The Salvation Army Corporate Building in New York. Part of the larger Salvation Army system. -- The Facilities Manager will oversee the day to day operations of Building Services and manage a team in Housekeeping and Maintenance. The-- Manager must be able to multi-task, round, perform Management by walking around, build strong client relations, provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports, prepare team for safety checks and documented inspections, and the expertise to manage unit finances and Sodexo financial reports is required. -- The successful applicant should be versed in Life Safety, DOH regulations and have FDNY Fire Safety Director Certification. Hands-on Maintenance Position, HVAC, central plant and site supervisor Manage a women's resident.
