Job DescriptionWe are a B licensed Commercial General Contractor in the Las Vegas valley looking for a full time estimator/project manager. We specialize in tenant improvements and ground up buildings.Candidates must have background estimating and project managing for a general contractor and must be able to work well with Owners, Tenants, Subcontractors and our supervision team.Position qualifications include; budgeting, cost studies, creating proposals, negotiating, reviewing contracts, creating project schedules, submitting for permits, overseeing the submittal process, overseeing the change order process, job costing, reviewing job reports, and oversee the project close outs.Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite applications (Microsoft word and Microsoft excel).
