Human Resource Manager-Construction - (Livingston, NJ)

Major Client located in Livingston, NJ is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee the full scope of Human Resources. Plan, develop and monitor all areas of Human Resources: organizational structure, employment, affirmative action compliance, compensation, employee database maintenance, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, orientation/training/ organizational development, and policy/procedure development. Provides HR support to management. Requirements include: 5+ years HR/Payroll background Experience out of Construction or Manufacturing Industry a big plus Multilingual Spanish preferred Background handling all areas of Human Resources including but not limited to: Payroll, Contracts, Onboarding, Benefits, Recruitment, etc. Self Starter and innovative Salary commensurate on background, up to 120k.
