Deliver front-line support, monitoring and diagnosis of computer-based applications. Troubleshoot and repair printer?s hardware (changing power supply, RAM, Processor, LAN Cards). Provide technical support to Management. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with PCs/laptops/Tablets, software, communications devices, servers and network connections as required. Troubleshoot DVR/NVR related issues for all surveillance systems. Setup, install, & maintain SMTP servers, network, and workstations. Setup & maintenance of Windows XP, Windows 2000, windows 2003, windows NT, windows 7, windows 8, windows 8.1, windows 10. Maintain strong Internet security and minimize threat level. Firewall configuration & monitoring including On-site visits to 30 business locations. 3yrs background in all the following: - Utilizing wireless networking technology including access and security - Installing and maintaining network devices including switches, routers and hubs. - Utilizing LINUX and Windows Operating Systems
