SHOALS CLUB SHIFT SUPERVISOR GENERAL STATEMENT OF JOB Under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks in coordinating the food and beverage services of the dining rooms, lounges, and decks. Supervises staff and coordinates the activities for the patrons in a manner that will ensure prompt and courteous service. Completes various cash and activity reports. Employee must exercise considerable initiative and independent judgment. Reports Restaurant Manager and Shoals Club General Manager.
