VP of Sales & Marketing - (Yardley, PA)
Job details The overall responsibility of the VP of Sales & Marketing is to manage all aspects of the Sales & Marketing function including partner relationship management, distribution partner logistics, order management, forecasting/budgeting, customer support, pricing, contracts, Sales & Marketing analytics, return goods management, and Medicaid rebates. The position leads efforts to identify and implement strategies and tactics for obtaining, maintaining and expanding the company's products in an effort to attain annual sales objectives. Key functions 1. Identifies pricing opportunities in the market and coordinates with Sales to execute, gain and maximize access and utilization for all products. 2. Develops and negotiates contracts for products consistent with corporate objectives (unit volume, market share, profitability). 3. Drives product launches to meet expected Share of Market levels in specified time period.
