As 1 of the fastest growing Christian foster care ministries, The Bair Foundation is seeking a full time Intensive Alternative Family Treatment (IAFT) Therapist in our Wilmington, NC office. The IAFT Therapist provides direct therapeutic interventions as part of a multi-disciplinary team intended to stabilize the living arrangement and promote reunification for identified youth through the age of 20. These services are provided in multiple locations, including therapeutic foster homes, home and community of the person serviced. This position provides therapeutic services in accordance with The Bair Foundation's mission and values the provision of a safe, secure and nurturing living background for children and families. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: * Provides weekly individual and family therapy, including the family of origin and foster family, in a community-based or home-based setting. * Provides crisis intervention services. * Attends weekly treatment team meetings for individuals served.
