Member Service Associate Job - (Exton, PA)

If you're a positive, enthusiastic, customer service oriented people-person, consider joining the dedicated Welcome Center staff at the Lionville Community Y. You'll work at our membership desk welcoming members, conducting facility tours, selling memberships and programs, and building relationships with the community. Excellent Customer Service is our top priority and to provide that you will become thoroughly knowledgeable of Y protocols, procedures, programs and activities. first Shift Package Friday 5pm-10pm Saturday 11am-7pm second Shift Package Sunday 3pm-7pm Monday 3pm-6pm This is year-round position with additional shifts available in the summer months. Qualifications: Must be 18 yrs of age or older Must have high-school diploma or GED Strong Technical skills Must love working with people!
