Provide professional equestrian instruction and leadership to riders of all ages and abilities. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruit, supervise, and train volunteers for camps, riding programs and special events. Develop, implement and supervise integrated curriculum of riding programs and special events. Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, permits, accreditation and licensing for the facility. Implement customer satisfaction surveys for volunteer and riding programs. Plans and coordinates volunteer training courses, evaluates effectiveness of training events, and maintains resource materials used in trainings. Schedule volunteers accordingly for all program demands year around. Attend all training sessions and facility improvement days and Horse Shows.
